Tim Hunter and Dan Kraus obtained this beautiful color film image of open cluster M41 on the occasion of their photographic Messier Marathon, in the night of March 19-20, 1988. They used the 24-inch f/5 Newtonian of their Grassland Observatory, an Olympus OM-1 and hypersensitized Konica SR-V 3200 film
